I worked at many jobs and I have seen s many abusive practices among
many employers or supervisors towards their employees. The reason why
they do this because this state has a free will employment law that
allows them to fire the for any or no reason and to mistreat them for
the heck of it which causes scandals i people 's lives. Many abused
workers who are victims of employment abuse ended up having mental
problems like depression, anger problems, suicide, etc, became abusive
towards other people themselves, end up losing their jobs by quiting or
the abusive employer fires them because the victim gets tired of the
abuse, less wages, fears that if they speak up , they won't be working
any more, and fear of losing financial ability to support themselves,
friends who are in need or their families. We Texans need to sign
petitions, protest, organize unions, or sponsor charity projects to ask
these politicians that we vote for at polls to make a law put ethics in
this employment law. It is morally wrong have a free will employment law
where employer can abuse workers at their jobs. I don't care if this is
the real world. Yeah, many people kill or steal in this world, but it
doesn't make it right! We even have laws to protect people from those
crimes. Let's pray for the end of employment abuse and self-assertion
will be practice among abused workers! Let's ask our political leaders
to stop this free will employment law and put ethics into hiring and
firing. Mercy and love needs take place in the workplace! TOGETHER WE
CAN PUT AN END TO THIS SCANDAL!
