Answer:
Iam not shy when it coems to job, I need a job, its not something I can put
away. So I focus on job and forget the shyness.
Talk to yourself, tell yourself you need the job and need to make phone
calls, get out of comfort zone for few min, make thsoe calls, then go back to
comfort zone.
These days folks get too many resumes by email, I doubt if they even look at
postal resume(CV), if its a tech job. They run a search through the resume
folder with a zillion resume's looking for searchwords and they give folks a
call.
Think of all the possible questions they can ask you and be prepared with all
answers. Say stuff confidently, talk slowly, say the words cleary and sound
confident.
