TNs and H-1Bs are statuses which authorize work
temporarily. She will need to do a job search and get a
qualifying job offer, and the cooperation of her prospective
employer, to qualify for either. The green card is
something else altogether. The green card could be either
family-based, through marriage to you, the easiest way if
you are a U.S. citizen, or employment-based, which is
harder.
