When 68% of all the supervisory jobs in government are filled with Francos and
francos are but 22.5% of the population then everyone else is being short
changed and underrepresented in government.
I would not object to a minor imbalance but what's going on is preposterous.
Worst of all it was legislated to happen that way. To have the very effect that
it did.
The last time there was an imbalance in favour of the English in the military
Trudeau simply ordered that 27% of all positions at all levels be filled with
francos. Not only regardless of linguistic qualifications but regardless of any
qualifications.
Answer:
-That's because francophones are inherently smarter, and thus better-
qualified to administer the government.
-I suspect Trudeau did that to all departments because competency and honesty
is down throughout the whole bureauracy. I see where even the Mounties are
stealing from their own pension fund.
