How do I post a Microsoft Word document on a job search
web site where they have a window that you're suppose to
paste the document in. I paste it, but the margins are
messed up and the text is all one size. How can I get it
to paste and look exactly like I have it set up in
Microsoft Word?
Answer:
-Unless the site supports it, you probably won't be able to keep the fancy
formatting. You might want to ask them how to do what you want.
-You probably can't. Get it looking as pretty as you can in notepad and
then paste from notepad to the site. Remember it's content and not pretty
formatting in a resume that's really important anyway.
