one's photo on top of their resume when applying for a job?
don't you think this is a discrimination against ugly people?

-The photo is to verify the true identity of the applicant and guard against
ringers, fakes, switch artists and impersonators.
-But then again, maybe they only want to employ ugly people. That photo
will certainly help.
-In Philippines, most business comapanies are full of discrimination.
THey discriminate against older people ( in 30's considered old). they
are looking for tall height, energetic, and look young in 20s.
The government should makes a reform against discrimination.
-Female impersonators too, like eGay Kabayo.
-No, considering the discriminatory practices (by U.S. labor standards)
that are allowed by law, if not in the laws themselves.
