I was reading in the ACM Computing Careers book that one of the best
networking opportunities in job searching is to take advantage of lists
like this. So that is exactly what I am doing.
I am a recent college graduate with four years of experience with
IBM mainframe equipment, both in programming and as a system operator.
I am experienced with REXX, C/C++, FORTRAN, SCRIPT, XEDIT, VM, and CMS.
If anyone knows of any job opportunities requiring these skills,
specificly VM and REXX programming, please feel free to contact me.

don't use a list for something it was not designed.
If you (or anyone) is interested in employement opportunities,
feel free to do a LISTSERV list search:
tell listserv list global /job
tell listserv list global /employ
and then join and/or puruse the notebook archives.
Can't find a list (or perhaps internet/Netnews group) that caters to your
requirements? Start one.
