2. Professional society websites (national and local)
3. Newspaper websites (including CareerPath.com, which allows searches of
multiple newspapers)
If he knows any engineers in that area, he should by all means contact them.
Registered CE's are in demand. I know Dallas area firms would love to have
him--I'm sure the same is true in New York.
